On this Memorial Day, a big salute to all the soldiers and warriors we lost while they served in the United States Armed Forces. I hope all these are celebrated for their dedication and sacrifice today. I hope their lives are celebrated somehow, someway by their families.
General George S. Patton said, “It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather, we should thank God that such men lived.” The bravery and fight will never be forgotten.
And even though Memorial Day is only for those who lost their lives, I must salute all our men and women who are fighting to today and have fought in past years. Veteran’s Day is for that, but every day is Veteran’s Day for me.
